At output powers higher than 100A, the input current waveform gets some nasty spikes >100A, which are outside of the range of my current probe.

The inverter outputs a 3-level rectangular wave-form, no SPWM.

For input DC measurement I used INA228 power monitor (40mV FSR, conversion times 280µs, averaging over full 50 Hz cycle) with a Murata 150A, 150mV shunt resistor.

For AC measurement a metrawatt metrahit energy multimeter.
